The developers of the Max Payne series of games spoke about their plans for the future. Right now, in addition to the Control add-on, there are four more games in development.
The director of the studio gave a long interview, in which he also shared his thoughts on why the video game Control did not become the studio's biggest hit, although it was quite popular among the players. Thanks to this, the studio ensured its financial stability and was able to continue working on the next releases.
Among them, for example, we can highlight CrossfireX - shooter, which will be released exclusively for the Xbox Series X/S platform, as well as the multiplayer game Vanguard. As for the rest of the releases, they remain unnamed for now. Two of them are funded by Epic Games and it is not yet clears whether these will be games from a separate universe, or one of the existing ones. As a reminder, Remedy Entertainment announced last year that their next games will be in the Control and Alan Wake universes.
