"It's fun to release games" - Valve studio is working on several new projects

Valve / Steam VR / Half-life
In his last interview, Gabe Newell revealed that the developers have no plans to stop following the success of Half-Life: Alyx.

After the incredible success of the first game in the Half-Life universe - Half-Life: Alyx in 13 years, the developers are not going to stop there. In a recent interview, Valve CEO Gabe Newell said the studio is working on several new projects at once.

According to the CEO, Valve has been very inspired by the success of Alyx, so they are going to keep moving in that direction. "The success of Half-Life: Alyx is a real boost for our entire team," Gabe said. Of course, the director did not say anything specific, but said that there are several projects at once and they all "have their own code names."

"It's fun to release games, and we have several of those that we want to announce," said the CEO. It is not yet clear if this will be a Half-Life game, but we look forward to hearing more details.

Recall that Half-Life: Alyx was declared one of the best games of the last year - it was released in the spring and became the first game of the company that supports VR technology.
