According to GamesIndustry, CD Projekt Red has a headcount change: Adam Badowski is stepping down as head of Cyberpunk 2077 to be replaced by Gabriel Amatangelo, who joined the studio last year. Interestingly, prior to CD Projekt Red, Amatangelo worked on projects such as Dragon Age and Star Wars in BioWare.
Recall that Badowski is also the head of CD Projekt Red - he will still retain his post and, apparently, will now be able to concentrate more on this position. For the studio, this could be a good decision, especially due to the intense work on the first addition to Cyberpunk, as well as work on new projects.
As for Amatangelo, he will be working hard to improve the "main project of CD Projekt Red". Cyberpunk 2077 is still not perfect, although the developers have already released several updates after the controversial release of the game. CEO of the studio said that they are not going to "give up" and are working on further improvements for Cyberpunk 2077. Recall that the release of the first add-on for the game was scheduled for early 2021, but the developers decided to postpone its release in order to concentrate more on fixing bugs.
In addition to leaving the post of Badowski, Mateusz Tomaszkiewicz, who was in charge of side quests in the video game Cyberpunk 2077, left the studio.
